hey! thank you for your post. to get the picture in ur header you basically just go to "customize" it should be in the upper right hand corner when you are viewing your blog. then all these boxes will show up basically labeling your entire page. the header is at the top so you click on "edit" and add your picture. hope that helps. good luck.
